Treasures in the Dark
In every dark place there’s a diamond
In every cavern buried treasure
In every hidden spot a secret just waiting to be shared.
In every hardened heart a soft spot
In every troubled mind, some peace
In every being a dark and light that dance like willows in the breeze
waving back and forth
and in and out
and all around again
the dark and light
reflect the same
as they whirl on, hand in hand.
So never fear the other side dear.
Never fail to look within.
You’ll only find the treasure
when you’ve braved the lion’s den.
