Ann’s Fluffy Cornbread
1 1/2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 c sour cream
1 c oil
1 c milk
1 sm can of corn kernals
4 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat Eggs. Mix all ingredients together.
Dump into oiled 8” cast iron skillet or deep round heavy pan
Cook for 1 hr.
Mmm.
