Within each of you there is a desire for a rest that is so deep it is beyond sleep, a peace that is so deep it is beyond stillness, and a quiet so profound it is beyond sound. Within each of you is a desire to connect with the very love that created you. You seek to surrender your worries, your fears, and your concerns and you long to relax into the truth of your being.
The rest you seek is to rest your hearts in the loving energy of the creator. The peace you seek is to rest in the truth of this great love. The quiet you seek is to merge your being with the one who breathes life into you, in order to receive God’s direction. The love you want to feel is the love that you already are.
Spend time each day if only for a few minutes in stillness. Breathe deeply, and relax into the loving energy of the creator who is breathing the life into you right now. Breathe deeply, and feel the stillness deep within the core of your being. Seek it out, using your awareness, as you would seek out the eye of a hurricane – a quiet calm center in the midst of a flurry of thoughts, emotions, and concerns. Breathe deeply, and find the place of peace inside your own hearts where you know that all is well.
Breathe deeply and allow the love that created you to well up from deep within your hearts. Allow this love to fill your being – your heart, your mind, your limbs, your entire body. Allow this love to pour forth from you, filling the room in which you sit, the home in which you live, the community in which you make your living, and indeed into the entire earth. Dear ones, breathe, breathe slowly and deeply and feel God within you, breathing through you, taking life into you, and releasing your spirit out into the world. Feel God mixing all of creation into one with you, within each and every breath.
You are not separate from your creator dear ones. God did not create you and then release you into the world to find your way alone. God is in an act of constant creation, breathing life into you right now, as you take yet one more breath. God is in a constant act of expression, trying to reach through the barriers of who you think you are and reveal to you the truth of who you really are. You are God’s love in human form. You are God’s dynamic and constantly evolving expressions in this physical world. You are God’s children and God’s beloved dear ones.
You are never alone.
In the midst of a year of great movement and change, take time in the stillness each day to breathe, and to feel the love of your creator welling up from deep within you. Take time to breathe and feel the direction within the stillness that guides your next action. Take time to breathe and know that as you rest in the love of your creator, your energy will adjust into more a more peaceful state wherein you can more easily manifest your dreams.
Rest in God’s love dear ones. Practice doing this in stillness, and soon you will be resting in this love at all times, never again to feel alone, unguided, or unloved. At every moment, your creator holds you in his awareness as a cherished, loved, and honored being here upon the planet earth. Your concerns, your worries, your fears are but illusions that you are separate from God and must fend for your survival, your love, and your well-being on your own. And yet nothing could be farther from the truth. God is creating you right now. Can you accept this for a moment – Can you imagine the magnificent glory that seeks to express itself out into the world through the person that is you? With each breath, God creates you. With each breath, God guides you. With each breath, God loves you. With each breath, God integrates all that is You back into his very great awareness of Self.
You are one with God dear ones. You cannot be separate from the one who creates you dynamically each and every moment. To the degree that you acknowledge this truth and ask to experience it, you will feel God’s love welling up within you. To the degree that you feel separate from this love you will struggle. Accept who you really are dear ones – magnificient beings created anew with each breath, in the image and likeness of the one who breathes life into you. You are nothing less than love.
Earth is a school wherein you seek to remember this truth that God is in everyone and everything. Look first and find this love within your own hearts. Then you can appreciate it ever so much more beautifullly in the hearts of the rest of creation.
