I’ve been taking advantage of the “opportunities” these past few months, and while the growth hasn’t been easy, the benefits are amazing!
Like many of you who are empathic, I’ve been feeling a staticky, prickly, unpleasant energy often that is the signature of the parasitic energies of viruses, fear, and anger. When I’m awake and helping others it isn’t there, but the minute I have the slightest thought of the unpleasantness, on the planet I feel it. It feels like a case of “static cling on steroids!”
I use these times of feeing earth’s unpleasant vibes as an opportunity to practice tuning into my light, love, and joy. After all, the secret to being a happy empath is learning to shift your focus to what you want to feel instead of just “picking up” (as in picking up the signal) of what is around you.
I shut my eyes, imagine turning to light, and simply say to these energies. “I love you. You are God. You forgot. I love you. You are light. You forgot. I love you. I love you. I love you.” At the same time I push my light outward burning away the static cling. Works like a charm. Energies that used to frighten me, simply dissolve out of my focus, as I focus on a higher, happier truth.
Working remotely has given me the opportunity to connect with the spirit world and people’s souls more deeply. I no longer am distracted by physical logistics during the day. My clients and I hug remotely and we both feel it. In so called disconnection, I feel more connected to spirit, life, and others souls than ever before.
In the middle of quarantine, I didn’t even miss hiking. I went hiking in my head often! I literally shut my eyes, felt my feet on the trail, the creek running over my feet, and heard the birds. I watched youtube videos of hikes I’ve dreamed of doing and imagined myself there to the point where I feel like I’ve actually gone. While I LOVE being physically in nature, I can feel my body and spirit relaxing even in my inner hikes. Now I take “quick trips” in my inner world and it brings instant peace!
The angels are right. It isn’t easy now, but conditions are forcing us to get creative and find ways to feel our freedom, experience our connections, and tap into our inner world, where bliss, beauty, health, and all things are possible here and now. In the end that kind of inner work ensures a happy life ahead.
Here are a few spiritual and some very human pointers to embrace the opportunities during this time
1. “Take Ten to Go Within”
That’s cute. The angels just said, “Take ten to go within!” We can easily spend ten minutes numbing our minds on social media or TV and while there’s nothing wrong with that, why not quiet your mind and sit with the Creator of worlds for a dose of heavenly love? You don’t have to be an expert at meditation. Just put on some soothing music, set aside ten minutes, set your intention to receive heavenly love, and breathe slowly and deeply.
If you like, open to allow even more connection by thinking of someone or something you love. Then focus on that feeling of love while you breathe.
This may seem so insignificant that we find all sorts of reasons to resist it. But in truth, “taking ten to go within,” has huge payoffs. In 5D your energy matters way more than your effort. Feeling God is feeling good, and spending 1.44% of your day (10 minutes / 1440 minutes per day) to allow the love that creates universes to flow through you, unimpeded, is time well spent!
2. Go Within to Expand Beyond
Your spirit is not limited. When you think of something you tune into its energies. You experience it energetically. So pick a friend at a distance, and hug simply by imagining you are hugging. Repeat until you can feel it! There is nothing like knowing you are not confined by distance!
If you can’t get outdoors, watch hikes or beaches, or dream vacations on YouTube until you can feel as if you are there. Then shut your eyes and imagine yourself in this location – at the beach, the mountains, a favorite resort, and get so involved in your imagining that you can nearly feel it. Your spirit is already there.
This is a fun exercise, that has useful implications. The more you realize you are not limited by the confines of space, the more you can assist people at a distance. If you see someone on the news who is in need of help you can imagine giving them a hug, sending them light, or giving them reassuring messages. Their soul will receive. I’ve been working on remotely clearing people of the nasty vibe – simply by imagining light flowing into their bodies and burning off the static-cling. They’re getting better. Everyone has that ability.
3. Instead of Fearing the Dark, Flow and Glow
Of course it makes sense to use good human hygiene and best practices, but don’t forget spiritual immunity. Imagine light streaming in through your crown at the top of your head, and emanating out in all directions. I do this at the grocery store and feel myself heating up around sick or scared people. I do it at home for a few minutes a day to feel great, and to share more light with the world. Fear can’t live with love and when you’re flowing divine light it feels like love.
4. Create, create, create!
As I mentioned in a previous newsletter, I’m not waiting or debating, I’m creating! Go within. Imagine the future world you want to see, for the world, and you. Feel it. Have faith in it. Then be relentlessly appreciative of everything you possibly can. I give thanks for everything! My soap, my toothpaste, my plates and napkins, my food, my home, the people in my life, my clients, you name it. The more you appreciate the small stuff, the higher your vibe will rise, and carry you towards all you have imagined into being.
We’re going to get through this. We’re going to come out of it more aware of our inner power, more aware of our own desires, more connected, more expanded, more in love with one another and life… if we choose.
Why not make use of these crazy opportunities to grow. I can vouch for the benefits. I’m pretty sure many of you can too.
Dive in. Go deep. You are unlimited, unbounded, always connected, and eternally, deeply loved!
