I’ve had a lot more errands to do than usual lately, and a lot more interactions with people than just the usual business. While many are trying to avoid being around others unnecessarily, I think the timing is perfect. I intend to bring the light wherever I go.  In the supermarket I imagine opening my crown chakra and allowing divine light to pour into me while I emanate it outward in all directions. Often I heat up when near someone in need of healing energy.

At the car repair place I visualize the light rising up within a woman who is coughing in pain. I psychically know she doesn’t have the dreaded “c” but she was obviously suffering.  As I meet people who are nervous, I use a calm tone of voice and share a kind word or a bit of humor. People need the love right now.  Perhaps because many fear hand-shakes, hugs, and quarantines at this time on earth, we crave true connections so much more. We are not taking our normal lives for granted. Ultimately, I think that is a good thing.

There is also a lot of “mischief” going on in the lower vibrations. When fear is strong, the spirits that feed off it feel more powerful and act up, often amplifying our own insecurities or assisting us in getting off balance. I know this energy vibration well. I’ve dealt with it for years, and my standard response to feeling the prickly unpleasant vibe around that seeks to create chaos in my life is… “Pucker up buttercup! If you’re going to be around me, we’ll be playing in God’s light!” Humor always works to drive away the darkness.

As the angels said, “Ann don’t let the darkness possess you! Possess it with your light!” Even when “Satan is on viagra,” as I like to joke, we don’t have to dance with the vibrations that like to stir up fear, anger, insecurity, etc. We can see these all for what they are – parasitic vibrations that have no life in us without our permission.

After all, viral infections are litearlly a form of possession.  The inert little virus proteins get into a weakened cell, possess it and turn it into a viral baby-making factory so the little buggers can infest and possess other cells and souls and thus increase their populations. Just like fear, “No host = No life” for these proteins. They can’t live in a strong system. In our light they float around like inert little particles ithat have no life of their own.  In our darkness and fear, which create perfect chemical cocktails in the body, they can take hold. In our peace and joy the body has a different chemistry which doesn’t support anything but a healthy immune system.

So by all means, use common sense. Practice healthy habits, wash your hands frequently, and do whatever you do to keep your body strong and healthy.  More importantly however, keep your spirit healthy.  Spend time, however you do it, in connection with the Divine. Remind yourself often, Though I walk in the valley of the shadow of death I fear no evil.” Then BE the light in the world, because as Divine love flows through you, it flows to you, illuminating you and turning you into a force of goodness, love, and well being.

Shine on dear ones!

Here are a few tips to share your light in this world:

1. Flip the so-called negative emotions to Love

The denser energies prey on worry, fear, anger, and jealousy. These emotions are not “bad” in God’s eyes. In fact they are just messages from your soul that you want to find a more powerful way to love yourself than what you currently feel. If you get their message, act, and move on, the emotions are useful. If you spin around in them and let them fester, that’s when the “dark side” likes to come dancing.

Worry says, “I care but don’t know what to do.” Care more powerfully by envisioning the scenario you want to see for the people you worry about…even if that is you! See yourself and your loved ones healthy, happy, and feeling wonderful.

Fear says, “I forgot love’s power and protection!” Connect with someone you love or a well being provider you trust.  Confess your fears.Let them help you up and out of these fears.  Alternately, meditate, breathe slowly to calm the system. Dance, or do something fun or funny to drive the fears away.

Anger says, “Something in me or my life has to change.” Ask for its message to be revealed to you and then make the changes your life. While we blame others for the anger, the truth is, it is a message to ourselves to change.

Jealousy says, “I want but doesn’t believe you can have.” Study manifesting and create what you want.

Beneath every so called dark emotion is one and when you find it, you are no longer a target for the denser energies.

2. Be an ambassador for love

Practice kindness everywhere. Use your words wisely and well, to build up others, not to cut them down.

When someone is unkind, instead of reacting, pray for them. Send them light. Pray for your own ability to do so.

Be the kind of person you’d like to be around.   One person returning “beauty for ashes” – love and compassion for anger, is a powerful force of light in this world. I’m not suggesting you let unkind people in your life. The angels like to say have your boundaries, but shine the light across them!

3. Don’t let irritations drag you down

One of the ways these parasitic vibrations stir up fear and upset is to give irritating circumstances in our lives a little nudge. Our job is to handle these situations even-mindedly without spiraling into negativity and assuming the universe is out to get us!

For example, these past few weeks my roof leaked, my water heater needed attention, the car needs $1500 worth of maintenance, and there were numerous other things to be handled in addition to my regular work.

In my past I would have felt so frustrated and upset about all these “interruptions.” The angels have reminded me for years, however, that these “interruptions” are just part of life. What matters more than whether or not I’m doing what I’d rather be doing, is whether or not I’m doing what I am doing with love!

So when you start feeling frustrated, acknowledge your feelings, give yourself a hug, then get to handling what you can. Avoid spiralling into negativity and victimhood, becuase that is a recipe for more chaos. While you’re at it, “whistle while you work,” as the 7 dwarves taught Snow White in the Disney classic.

Life might not always look like we wish, but we can always show up the loving way we want to!

So, even or especiallyin these wild times, BE-LIGHT-FULL and your life will be DE-LIGHTFUL!

Love you all!
I wish you abundant joy and streams of well being!
