MESSAGES FROM ANN & THE ANGELS April 4, 2026

Hi All,

Today, the angels talk about our opinions and how they are beliefs that shape our reality. They talk about allowing ourselves our own opinions, while allowing others theirs, and how we can choose opinions that serve us better. I'll share some I've been revising, as well as tips to help you choose the ones that serve you best.

Have a blessed & beautiful week :)

Messages from the Angels

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Every single one of you has opinions—and many of them.
You have a lot of thoughts and opinions formed about a variety of topics, from what you feel is good for dinner to world politics. You have opinions on what will keep you healthy, happy, and engaged with life, and what will make you sick, upset, or cause you to withdraw. These opinions often dictate how you interact with life in a given moment.

While life just "is" as it is in a given moment, your opinions will cause you to believe in the rightness or wrongness of the moment, and that is fine, because in any given moment, things are either right for you or wrong for you, and your beliefs will largely shape that relationship.

If you want to head west, then a wind that blows you to the north will be perceived as wrong, whereas a wind at your back might feel right. If you want to lose weight, then sugary foods might feel wrong, while to those wanting comfort, they may feel right. If you want a kind relationship, then that person you want to be with so desperately, based on your opinions, may seem right. But dear ones, here is where you have to look at other factors at play—the Divine, who is above and beyond any opinions, sees only the energetic resonance of two beings, or their incompatibility.

The Divine sees whether or not that wind is blowing you off course to avoid an accident. The Divine sees whether or not the brief elevation of your mood provided by the sugar might give you incentive to exercise. The Divine sees the ultimate rightness or wrongness of something—for you—above and beyond any opinion.

So you can think your way through life, navigating by opinions alone, and most of you would say that many of these opinions are "facts," or you can, additionally, trust your feelings as well, which immediately tell you whether or not your opinions are in alignment with the opinion of your soul.

For example, you may be very angry at your ex. Your opinion is that they've wronged you. But those thoughts feel terrible. Why? Because, dear friends, your soul is seeing something above and beyond that opinion—that the two of you had grown vibrationally incompatible, and while the signs and signals were telling you it was time to move on, you both stayed beyond the guidance, and got upset. It might have taken a cataclysm to allow you both to move into lives more compatible with who you truly are. The soul sees the separation and the behaviors, no matter how unpleasant, as perfect for helping you evolve in your most authentic directions.

Likewise, right now, you look at a world torn with war, and to so many of you who care so very much, this feels terrible. Most feeling souls have an opinion that war, killing, violence, etc., are wrong. And it can make you sick if you focus on this for too long. The soul, however, sees the sad necessity some souls have to engage in such things for the purpose of their own evolution.

Some are martyrs who willingly give their lives for their fellow man for a variety of reasons. Some came to earth determined to rise above the fear of death. Some came to experience it prematurely. Some of your warmongers are among the most fearful of all, but even then, they are learning that might doesn't make right, and that violence does not equal power. So while it is horrifying to see the ways human beings find to engage in cruelty toward one another, above and beyond opinion, it is beneficial to trust that there is a vibrational dance going on here, so intricate, so finely tuned, that no one could participate without somehow being attuned to it.

Dear ones, by all means, pray for kindness on your planet. Pray that the light of love rise up in all hearts. Pray that those who want to hurt others be comforted so they no longer need to assuage their fears with violent actions. Pray that those who willingly go into battle for what they feel is a higher cause—all beings, on all sides—feel the Presence of God in their hearts as they face the unthinkable.

Dear ones, pray, for in your opinion about the value of prayer, you often feel good. And your good feelings are an indication that your spirit, which is above and beyond all opinions, sees the value and resonance of the love within your prayers.

Opinions are fine, dear ones. They help you navigate life. Each one of you is entitled to your own unique set of them, and each one of you receives guidance via your feelings as to whether or not your opinions are in alignment with your soul's view of what is right for you in a given moment.

Use the feelings as ways to course-correct when opinions alone do not bring you comfort. Sit quietly with your mind still and feel the presence of the love that wishes to guide you beyond all opinions, to love.

For it is the only opinion of the Source that made you that you are birthed in love, striving to live in love, and will all eventually return to love.

No matter what you witness in your world, each soul, no matter how challenging the route, is attempting to find their way back to love. Each one is reaching so they can eventually return to their own soul's original charter—to live in love, create from love, and expand love. Some will get there easily in a lifetime. Some get lost and take many lives. But love is and always will be the place where opinions meet Spirit and become one.

God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Hi Everyone,

I did not expect this newsletter today. I sat down to write without a clue about what the angels were going to say. However, I have been carefully watching my opinions lately and noticing how they make me feel. More than ever before, I'm stopping myself in my tracks to recalibrate to love when the opinions waver away from it.

I have an email address that is hosted on the web. This particular one takes its time downloading emails to my computer, so when I have to retrieve a login code, I frequently visit this email on the web. It requires me to go past a main screen that shares the latest headlines.

Last night I saw one and found myself paralyzed looking at the computer, saying repeatedly, "No, no, no, no, not that. Don't do it. Don't do it..." I was agonized over a possible path the war might take. I started to cry, thinking of so many clients who had lost their children or spouses to senseless violence, and then I got ahold of myself and stopped.

Big breath in.

"Take a breath, Ann." I talk to myself at times. "You must allow everyone their path."

I aligned with my soul's allowance and unconditional love for all, and began to pray. That felt much better. And more powerful.

Opinions aren't bad. They can serve us well. I have an opinion that I can heal nearly anything. That works for me. I've discovered some exercises for my back and neck that are, slowly but surely, starting to improve my eyesight. To others, that opinion would be hogwash, and that's OK. But this opinion makes me feel good, so my soul feels it is fine for me. I know if my soul ever thought I needed a different path, I'd feel it despite my opinions.

I've done an exercise in one of my classes, where we ask different people if something is good or bad for them. As you might expect, different people have different opinions. And they all tend to feel good about these harmless opinions, which indicates their soul thinks that the opinions will serve them.

But where we humans get in big trouble and cause ourselves pain is when we try to force others to agree with our opinions.

Take the prior election. I'm not getting political, but I am using it, as the angels have many times in readings, to illustrate the difference between opinion and vibration. The left thought the right would take away their safety, power, and control. The right thought the left would take away their safety, power, and control.

The irony is that the vibration underlying many of those very polarized opinions was nearly identical. Left and right were both polarized in opinion, but many were caught in a vibration of fear or anger toward the other party. So, despite different thoughts and opinions, the vibration was the same for many on both sides.

I know I'm speaking to a crowd that lives in love more than fear. I know many of you focus with love on what you hold dear. As a result, you largely live and abide in love, vibrate to love, and will experience a loving reality in your personal lives no matter the external situation.

Many, on both "sides," are sadly still living in fear or anger and experiencing the reflection of that. This is where watching how our opinions feel can help us avoid creating a mess in our own lives. The opinions that feel loving will reflect more love into our lives. The opinions that are less than loving will attract less than love.

I am working every day to maintain opinions based on seeing the inherent spark within all souls, no matter how far they've strayed from it. I'm working to pray rather than judge, to live in peace rather than inner chaos, and to be a light even when times can feel dizzying or dark.

The light is always flowing. I'm writing this on Monday and, according to spaceweather.com, we're having X-class (very strong) solar flares, sending beautiful waves of light into the cosmos. Several people wrote saying they were feeling dizzy, even. The sensitive sometimes pick up on these cosmic emanations!  It is a good time to sit, breathe, and receive the energy flowing both from Source and our star.

So how do we maintain our individuality, allow ourselves our opinions, and still stay aligned with love? It isn't as hard as you might think.

Here are a few pointers ot help...

1.  Make sure your opinions serve you

If you have an opinion that you can eat anything you want and yet your body feels terrible after overindulging, it might be useful to evaluate this opinion. Maybe you say you believe it, but you really don't. If so, working on embracing the belief more fully will serve you well. Maybe you're just feeling belligerent and don't really believe it, in which case, forming an opinion that says, "I like to feel good in my body," might serve you better.

There isn't a right or wrong here, but rather a right or wrong for you.

For years, I've had an opinion, based on my body's needs, that gluten was bad for me. Recently, I've been softening up a bit on that one since my body now seems to tolerate small amounts. Maybe someday I'll return to my fourteen-year-old opinion, which was rather vehement at the time: "I have an iron stomach! I can eat anything!" And back then, I could :) We shall see.

Keep the opinions that serve you, work for you, and uplift you. Revise the ones that don't serve you. And do so without worrying about what anyone else thinks, because these are your personal world-shaping beliefs, and you get to pick the ones that shape your world with love.

2. Allow others to have their own opinions

Your opinion about what is right for someone else need not be theirs. Everyone gets to form these opinions and beliefs that shape their own reality. It is part of the journey here upon the earth.

You can share yours and why they work for you, with love. You can seek to understand another's. But it is not our right or privilege to dictate to any other soul what they should believe. It is our right to be around them or avoid them, or to vibrate in our own being in such a way that their opinions will not affect us.

For example, I used to work around some very pompous, boastful, irritating people. And their opinion of themselves was grand. My opinion, which didn't make me feel good, was that they were obnoxious! (I was in my twenties!)

But over time, the angels showed me how I could steer the conversation to help them boast about things of interest to me, and therefore "meet in the middle" in a way that uplifted us both!

So as much as we'd like everyone to make our lives easy by thinking as we do and sharing our opinions, we can navigate life and differences without insisting on sameness.

3. Constantly revisit and revise your opinions

The beliefs that worked for you five years ago, or even a few days ago, might not work so well right now. So it is worthwhile, when you don't feel good, to reevaluate your opinions about a given situation.

I have one I've had to recalibrate lately: "I never have enough time." Recently, it has become a very strong opinion. "I don't have enough time to work, eat, and sleep, let alone do the other things I want to do."

Needless to say, that opinion, grounded on a few months of facts, was not serving me! It didn't feel good.  So I cut it out and started focusing on a new one: "I have plenty of time to work, take care of myself, and do the side projects that I love."  Suddenly I do.

As we shift our beliefs we have to be very mindful to look for evidence of our new opinions instead of reinforcing our old ones, so we can allow the new ones to shape our reality.

Revisiting and revising our opinions to suit our desires—and to feel good—is worth doing.

While our opinions help us live our individual lives and are absolutely good for helping us be the unique and beautiful souls that we are, some serve our desired paths, and some do not. The ones that align with love and our soul feel great, while the ones that don't feel unpleasant.

Thankfully, we are constantly expanding beings, and we get to revise the opinions that shape our daily lives. This is a simple concept, yet very advanced in practice. We often think our opinions are facts, but in truth, they are beliefs superimposed on a reality that is a constantly evolving dance among all souls. And we think they are facts because our opinions will vibrationally shape our lives—and have, as long as we've been on the planet.

How powerful it is to choose the opinions that lift you up before they become a tangible reality, for in so doing, we shape a pleasant and beautiful path ahead.

Just my opinion :)

Have a blessed week,
Love,
Ann

Recipe of the Week
Lemon & Thyme Sweet Potatoe Zucchini Pankcakes
Recipe of the Week

These vegetarian" pancakes" are more like lunch or dinner than breakfast. Savory with a surprise burst of lemon, they are flavorful and filling! They're not fluffy like regular pancakes, but closer to latkes in texture. Served with a flavored yogurt sauce, they are delish!

1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
1 egg
2–3 tbsp gluten-free flour
¼–½ cup grated zucchini (squeezed very dry)

½ tsp salt
Black pepper
½ tsp fresh thyme (or ¼ tsp dried)
½ tsp finely chopped rosemary (go light — it's strong)
½ tsp cumin (optional but grounding)
Zest of about ½ a lemon
Tiny squeeze of lemon juice (just a few drops)

The lemon zest is key — it perfumes the whole thing without making it wet.

Cook in a well-oiled skillet over medium heat, about 3–4 minutes per side. Don't rush the flip. You can refrigerate the cooked ones and warm them in a warm over, in a lightly oiled skillet or in the microwve. I like the skillet method but they all work.

Yogurt Sauce

There aren't any real meausres here. Start with the yogurt amount you want and stir in the rest to taste.

Plain yogurt
Pinch of salt
Lemon zest
Tiny drizzle of olive oil
Fresh thyme
