My dear friends, we love you so very much,
You have a saying upon your earth: "There's no time like the present," and we'd have to agree—on so many levels! There's no time like now to do something you love. There's no time like now to pause, breathe, and consider the miracle of life.
Indeed, there is no time but now. Here and now is where and when you live your life. Here and now is where and when life flows to you, through you, and from you. Here and now is where and when you are a magnet for what you will attract next. Here and now, you can dredge up the past, dream of the future, or live in appreciation of the present.
Now is where your life is lived. Whether you are remembering the past with anger or nostalgia, you are doing it now. Whether you dream of the future with anticipation or look forward with dread, you are doing it now. And now is where you focus—and thus attune your energy to what you will attract next.
That is why it is so important to mind your mind and live your life now. So many of you have felt a bit frozen this year. So many of you feel the fatigue of a world fraught with so much tension. And so many of you are asking us, "When is it going to get better?" Dear ones, how about now?
How about resolving that you are not going to delay your happiness while waiting for ideal conditions?
How about choosing to thrive in your life now, rather than merely surviving while waiting for better?
How about choosing love now—even when some won't make it easy. Turn the other cheek and love who and what you can, for again, now is where you attune your vibration, and now is where you determine what you will attract next.
So many of you were raised in a culture of hurry and worry. Hurry and get your homework finished before dinner. Hurry to figure out your education. Hurry up and get married and have kids, or start your career. Hurry up and succeed. Hurry up and save for retirement. Hurry up and retire. Hurry up and enjoy all you can while you can. Hurry and plan your estate.
The hurry—and the accompanying worry—do not add life to your lives. They rob you of the very joy you came to experience.
You did not come to race to this life's finish line, one completed task at a time. You did not come expecting conditions to be perfect in order to savor the experience. You did not want sameness, stagnant energy, or a life where nothing ever changes.
You came for the adventure of taking part in creation! And now is the only time and place in which you choose where you tune—and thus, what you will attract or allow to flow into your lives. Now is it.
So when you look at your world and ask yourself, "When will it get better?" say to yourself, "How about now?" How about choosing to enjoy what you can here and now? How about making a clear decision that you are not going to wait for perfect conditions to relax, flow, and enjoy the journey of life?
Perhaps you don't feel secure in an unstable world. Many people jump out of airplanes for fun or ride roller coasters—and in that very instability, they experience an intensified gratitude for life. Appreciation reminds you there is much to appreciate, and that helps you feel more secure right now.
Perhaps you don't feel joy. Many people resurrect joy in their own lives by doing things for others, volunteering with animals, or getting out in nature. Depression is stagnant energy, and the easiest way to move out of it is to get moving—do something for yourself, for others, for the world—even before you feel conditions inside are perfect.
Perhaps you feel lonely or unloved. If so, dear ones, resolve to flow love and appreciation through you to others: to plants, animals, your food, nature, and more. In a state of loving, you attract other loving beings. Don't "give to get"—that is a frequency of lack—but rather love because loving feels good. It makes you feel like your best self, and in that state of seeing and feeling your best self, we promise you will attract others who live and abide in theirs.
Perhaps your body is troubling you, and you're upset about all you cannot do. Shift your thinking. Focus on what you cando. Appreciate simple pleasures. Slow yourselves down and find the good that you can. In so doing, you open yourself to the flow of the eternal life force that can facilitate miraculous healing.
Whether the politics are topsy-turvy, the economy is good or bad, the people around you are kind or cruel—God is still God. The Presence of the Divine Creator is loving beyond your wildest dreams. If you could relax and breathe in the present moment, reminding yourselves that now offers gifts to be discovered, love from above waiting to flow, and an opportunity to shift your thoughts to the better, then you'd begin to have one better now after the next.
Dear ones, don't put off your happiness. Don't allow others' behaviors to rob you of your God-given right to find joy where and when you are. Don't merely survive when you were meant to give your challenges to the universe, point your sights on what is good, and truly thrive in a flow of eternal love—in which you are birthed, live, and will flow for all eternity.
God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Hi Everyone,
I live according to my heart. Sometimes that means I put off things I must do at some point and wonder when they'll get done, in lieu of doing things that are more fun. My way of handling this is to ask my Divine Concierge (aka God!) and the angels to inspire me to do things at the best time for all involved. And then I live my life and wait for the feeling.
A short version of the eternal to-do list this week was: get the A/C serviced, get the garage door fixed, figure out my pool problems, do a bunch of boring financial stuff, put several designs up on Etsy, cook for the week, grocery shop, talk to my family, pick up a vacuum that was being repaired, get things ready for my class next weekend, work full-time, do my mantras, and start doing my yoga again. Some of these things have been on the pile for quite some time. So when I got the sudden impulse to schedule the garage and A/C service, I picked up the phone and did it.
Usually, it takes quite some time to get in for the regular yearly maintenance. It just so happened that the day I called, both places had recent cancellations and were able to get me in within the week. The nicest young guy came out and got my garage door working like a dream. I love the whole company that services my A/C. I suddenly felt like dropping everything and went grocery shopping. I felt like someone was shopping with me—Get this. Get that. It happened in record time, and the checkout clerks were so much fun. A client canceled, and I found time to pick up the vacuum. The vacuum guys were extremely helpful and kind, and we had fun talking about how there are still pockets of realcraftsmanship left.
Late one night, I got inspired and put twenty designs up on Etsy—helping me catch up on a design challenge I had signed up for. I woke up early and restarted my yoga practice, and made time for mantras at night. The financial stuff is still waiting for perfect timing. My class supplies are all neatly in a pile and waiting for the class next weekend.
I love, love, love living what I teach—because it works. Somehow, in an order I could not plan, now and now and now again, things get done, and I have fun.
It is contrary to the logic with which we were raised. I had to give up being a control freak and live now. I had to give up knowing how it was all going to look and live now. And wow—although I struggled to give up the knowing and control—it was worth the effort.
Tonight after work, before writing this newsletter, something nudged me to go outside and catch a breath of fresh air, to feel the breeze and sense the light hint of autumn. As I walked out, I was greeted by a sunset on the clouds that took my breath away. Just another beautiful moment, but one that reminds me that there are so many hidden treasures in life that reveal themselves here and now.
I savor the past sometimes in my now. I daydream about possible futures or sometimes more intentionally focus on what I wish to create—all while sitting in my present moment. I try not to cling to the past unless the thought of it gives me joy now. If I think about the future with anticipation that feels good now, I indulge with great joy. If I find myself fearing or worrying, I give the challenges to the heavens and find something to enjoy now.
It takes creativity, diligence, and a willingness to shift our old habits, but life here and now can be pretty amazing. And somehow, when you allow yourself to find the good now, the future gets better, brighter, and even easier to love.
Here are a few pointers to play more powerfully in the present:
1.
Keep it simple
If it feels good, focus on it. If it doesn't, change your focus or change your thoughts. When my mind starts going down an unpleasant track and I catch myself thinking thoughts that don't feel good, I actually tell myself, "Stop it! We're not going there." ("We" being the committee in my head!) Then I say, "Life is good," and look for something to appreciate. The more you do this, the easier it gets.
Same with thoughts of the past or future. If they feel good, enjoy them. If not, shift your focus or your thoughts. Tip #2 will help you with this.
2. Delegate up!
I like to hand over all my problems, challenges, and worries to the angels and higher power.
Some favorite prayers:
"This is your problem, God. Let me know what to do and when." Then I let go and enjoy my day.
"You created them, you deal with them!" Then I withdraw my attention from unpleasant behaviors that would otherwise upset me.
"I have to do XYZ by this date. Please inspire me at the best time to get it done."
"This is your body, God. Fix it. Tell me what to do and when."
You get the idea. Rather than stewing or stressing over how to fix a problem, delegate up. Enjoy your day.
Give your problems to the Divine and your angels, and then truly let go and trust that the power that creates worlds, as the angels like to say, can manage our issues!
3. Find the good now
There are times when it's easy to find the good now. And then there are times when you're cornered by someone spewing anger, or you've taken a wrong turn and feel lost, or you get a huge bill you weren't anticipating. Those times are more challenging. You might have to work a little harder or be a little more creative to find something to enjoy.
It can be simple. You can appreciate the sky, listen to one good song, view a photo that brings you peace, or think about someone you love. Even when your body is in pain, you can nap or distract yourself as best you can. Not always easy. I was once in wracking pain and found relief by watching reruns of old comedies. The pain didn't leave immediately, but it no longer had the spotlight of my attention. In time, this kind of distraction, breathing, and trusting allowed me to heal entirely.
No matter how tough life is, something good is happening now—if we're willing to look.
The angels are right. Life is not meant to be put on hold while we wait for people to behave, the economy to be perfect, the errands to be run, the politicians to behave, our salaries to be amazing, our bodies to behave perfectly, etc. We didn't come down to tough it out or merely survive.
As the angels like to say, we came to be part of ongoing creation—to have an adventure for the soul, to experience newness and contrast, and above all to find the love and the life that is waiting for us here and now, and now again!
Love you all!
Have a great week!
Ann 💛
