Hi All,
Today, the angels talk about swimming in frequency soup and how to stay in our own happy space rather than giving in to the multitude of tugs and pulls that vie for our attention daily.
Have a blessed & beautiful week :)

My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Imagine walking into a crowded room full of people who want your attention. Several might start talking to you all at once. One might pat you on the arm. Another might tap you on the shoulder. Some might just keep looking at you, clearly waiting for their chance to jump into the conversation. If you attempted to give each of them what they wanted from you, you'd quickly feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and a little disconnected from your own thoughts. You might even forget your reason for being there.
This is a 3D metaphor for what's happening in the energetic realms now.
Currently, upon your Earth, there are many people, programs, companies, and ideologies vying for your attention. There are frequencies all around you, hoping you'll tune into them, notice them, and empower them.
There are energies from businesses that want you to buy their products or services. Energies from political factions that want your vote. Energies from people who want you to espouse their beliefs and buy their programs. There are healers who want you to use their methods, friends and family members hoping you'll call, and others wishing to do things with you.
There are books waiting to be read and thousands of things on the internet calling for your attention. Some of these, you see. Some you hear. Many you just feel. Behind every product, program, belief, or ideology, there is a person who wants you to notice and acknowledge their sacred point of view.
This isn't wrong. It's part of the contrast you came to embrace.
However, if you are not strong in your own energy and in your own sacred point of view, you'll easily feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and out of touch with yourself.
You're swimming in frequency soup, often without realizing how much is tugging and pulling at you in any given moment.
The cure for this fatigue and overwhelm is ultimately maintaining your connection with the Divine and your own spirit so strongly that you naturally and organically tune into only those things, people, products, services, and beliefs that resonate with you. You may see or feel the rest momentarily, but by being strong in your own perspective, you can quickly sift and sort through life's offerings and choose what feels right.
For example, say you resonate strongly with a certain type of diet. You've tried various foods and approaches and come to understand what works for your body. You've learned to trust your body and soul to let you know what's good for you and when. In that case, when a doctor, article, or online program tells you what you "must do" to prevent disease or decline, you can easily check in with yourself, feel what resonates, and decide quickly whether or not to take in the words and the energy being offered.
Or perhaps someone tells you what's going on with the economy and what you "must do" to take care of your money "at this age." If you are in your center, connected with the Divine and your own spirit, you'll feel a sense of security and abundance no matter how much or how little you have. From that frequency, you'll know what matches your personal vibration of abundance and what does not.
If you're in a frequency of lack, after listening to the world, your parents, or others instead of the Divine within, you can't honestly feel what resonates with abundance. It is better to do nothing from a frequency of lack than to try to "do something" to "get abundance." Tune into abundance first, and then abundant ideas will naturally find you.
The truth from our perspective in the energetic realms is simple—If something resonates with you when you are in a neutral to higher vibe, it is good for you.
If it resonates when you are in a lower vibe, beware. Wait. Attune your energy first—to the Divine, to love, to yourself—and then you'll know what truly resonates.
There are so many ways to center your energy again. Pray. Meditate. Sit. Breathe. Receive our love. Do something you enjoy. Listen to good music. Feel the sun on your face. Inhale a scent you love. Eat food that delights you. Watch shows or read books that uplift you.
Anything that returns you—even momentarily—to love or appreciatie will center you back in your own spirit. There, you will know what resonates with you and what doesn't. You'll feel more confident in your decisions. Your life will flow more naturally. The tugs and pulls of the world will bounce right off as you stay in your own flow.
But for now, while you're still learning to live from your center more consistently, be kind to yourselves.
Nap if you're tired. In so doing, you temporarily leave the body and come visit us for a quick refuel and refill. Give yourself permission to rest—without shame or guilt. Stop calling yourself lazy, useless, or "done for," or whatever else you've learned to say when you're not producing. God did not create you to be "producers" but rather beings who would emanate love in countless ways.
• If you love your nap, it has value.
• If you love your downtime, it is useful.
• If you love watching the clouds while sipping your coffee in the morning—that is sacred time.
Dear ones, learn to value your feelings and tend to them. Learn to trust your own sense of what resonates—and what doesn't. In a good vibration, you alone know what is best for you in any given moment.
By all means, explore new ideas, programs, products, services, and ideologies if you're inspired to. That's how you discover more things to love. But rather than taking it all in, finishing every book, or listening to everything every day—pay attention to what's going on inside of you. Trust that.
Your world is more diverse than ever before. And within that, there is a rare opportunity to train yourself more clearly than ever to stay connected to the Divine through small acts of loving and appreciating life, and to stay connected with yourself by honoring your own feelings.
In so doing, you become the light you wish to be. You'll have more energy, less overwhelm, and feel happily centered in self.
The Divine lives in all creation. A tulip is meant to be a tulip. A rose, a rose. And you, dear one, are meant to be the unique, precious, beautiful you.
God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Hi Everyone,
A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of going on a long hike for the first time in over 15 months. Someone I admire wanted to visit a place I've been many times, so we arranged to meet and have an adventure.
The weather was perfect. The day was beautiful. The creek and the conversation flowed with grace.
Up until a few weeks before the hike, I still had some issues with my feet. I mostly willed them away. During the seven-mile trek, they only locked up a few times, and a little meditation brought them quickly back into balance. I wasn't in shape. I wasn't a beauty queen. I wasn't as prepared as I would've liked. But connection and joy open us to the Divine flow—and it felt wonderful.
Feeling empowered by being outdoors again, I started willing my vision back, too—and it has already improved dramatically. Even with the crazy energies on Earth, staying centered in self and doing what fills you up can keep you in a good space and above the noise.
Being outdoors, whether it's in the woods or just the backyard, is one way I stay centered and tune out of the world's vibe. Sitting in silence is another. Crafting, listening to music, talking to friends… anything that delights us helps keep us out of the frequency soup the world is offering and in our own vibration. It takes work to consciously stay centered in self, but it's worth the effort.
It has been an interesting year. So many people have told me they're feeling the chaotic energies. People are getting triggered left and right. Feelings and memories long buried have been bubbling up. People who've kept quiet their whole lives are voicing opinions, and others who always had a lot to say are finding peace in silence. I've never seen so many people with liver and gallbladder issues either as old anger rises up for release.
Like a rudder on a ship seeks to steady itself in a storm, we're all trying to find balance in these choppy emotional waters. It can feel exhausting.
But it can also be fun and energizing when we stay true to our inner compass. We can feel tremendous relief and freedom when we remember: we're not here to please anyone. We're not here to save anyone, fix anyone, or teach anyone. We're here to love authentically—and that looks different for everyone.
Sometime, love means delightfully pleasing another. Sometimes it means being true to yourself and allowing others to have their own feelings.
Sometimes love means agreeing while other times it means lovingly disagreeing while honoring someone else's truth.
Sometimes love means hopping in the car to help a friend, and sometimes it means being honest about what you can't do or don't feel guided to do.
There's no formula for "how to love" or "how to stay true to yourself," but there's always an inner guidance system that will let you know what feels right in the moment.
Here are a few pointers to help you stay in your own vibration so you can enjoy your life, your energy, and your peace—no matter what the world is doing...
1.
Honor your natural rhythms
Everyone has a cycle that's perfect for them. Some are early risers. Others are night owls. Some people do better with two big meals a day; others need smaller meals more frequently. Some folks work best in short two-hour bursts, while others enjoy day-long marathons.
When you experiment, find your natural rhythms, and honor them, you're moving with your own nature. You'll feel better, have more energy, and naturally attune more easily to what is good for you.
2. Honor your feelings
You don't always have to understand your feelings in order to accept and honor them.
If you're tired, rest. If you're sad, hug yourself and do what brings you comfort. If you're angry, vent in private, or do some "vehement vacuuming" and burn it off.
When we accept our feelings without judgment or shame, we choose to love ourselves, and from that space, we naturally begin to more easily love others.
3. Give up the need to acknowledge everything and everyone
You don't have to read every ad, click every link, finish every book, or absorb everything that comes your way.
You don't need to read articles you're not drawn to.
You don't need to finish conversations that drag you down—you can politely bow out or simply remain silent.
You don't need to give to every charity or volunteer to solve every problem.
You benefit more by being honest—with yourself first and then with life.
There are a lot of energies vying for our attention. There always have been, but they just feel more intense right now. We don't have to give in to all of them. We only have to practice self-acceptance and be honest with ourselves and life.
Funny enough, as we give up people-pleasing, we often please more people. As we stop trying to pay attention to everything, we start selectively focusing on what really matters. And as we stay in our own lane, energetically—by being true to self—we give the world a clear, honest view of what it will or won't receive in our presence.
In this way, we can feel the world without being controlled by its chaos.
In this way, we become lighthouses built on solid rock—shining a beacon for others to follow home to their own precious, perfect, unique, and beautiful self.
Have a blessed week,
Love,
Ann
