MESSAGES FROM ANN & THE ANGELS April 12, 2025

Hi All,

Today, the angels talk about entering the creative flow as an antidote for hate, upset, fear, and anger and a way to feel wonderful. Creativity doesn't have to be involved or complicated. The creative flow has a variety of forms of expression—some simpler than you might imagine. I'll share how the creative flow recalibrated me very quickly last weekend, and some thoughts and tips to help you find this life-giving stream.

Have a blessed & beautiful week :)

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

You'll begin to feel great when you start to create!

Whether you are creating your dinner menu, travel plans, your to-do list for the day, or a piece of art, when you are immersed in the process of creation, you are immersed in your soul work. You are finding ways to bring more love to your life and your day or to the lives of others. Whether this is a playful doodle on a napkin, the solution to your challenging bills, or your next masterpiece, each act of creation, regardless of scale, calls forth the invisible loving energy of the Universe and directs it to what you feel is important in the moment.

When you are creating, you are in a steady stream of love. When you are creating, you are directing the power that creates universes. By the very act of desiring something and embarking on the path to create it, if only in a brief moment of thinking about how you will feel when it arrives, you enter the flow of love, grace, and guidance.

So when the world feeds you thoughts of hatred, division, fear, and upset, don't ask, "What should they do?" but" rather, "What can I do?"  "What can I do in this moment, right here and now, to create more love in my life?"  Then do it. Can you say a quick prayer? Admire the sunset? Clean out your junk drawer, your pockets, or your purse? Can you pull out that book you'ven meaning to read and read a page, thus creating time to escape into a world of marvelous words? Can you admire the apple on the table?

Dear ones, the vibration of creation does not require you to want something grand in order to tap into its flow. It only requires your sincere intention to create something loving —be it thought or thing, in the here and now. And once you enter into that creative flow you are partnering with the love that creates worlds. You become part of ongoing creation. You become part of a vast wave of love reaching out to your planet Earth. You become the change and the solution rather than remaining tethered to the problem. You become, dear ones, an extension of the living presence of the Divine.

This is what you came to do. This is what you are called to do. For everything that irks or irritates you, there are a thousand more things you desire that you can put your attention towards.

Rather than trying to destroy the darkness, create more light.

Rather than trying to destroy hate with hate, create more love.

Rather than trying to destroy the ignorant, provide information.

Rather than trying to destroy ideas you dislike, spread the ones you do.

Rather than being upset about the messy drawer, clean it out.

Rather than focusing on people and news you don't like, create more love by focusing on those you do.

You can squander your lives trying to tear down those with whom you disagree or you can put your time to good use by empowering those you love.

Choose love, dear friends. Choose life. Choose creation over destruction.  You will be the ones who benefit from such endeavors, and your world will benefit as well.

You are here to call light into form, be it in the form of ordering a delicious take-out meal or in the form of your smile for a stranger. With each small, simple creation, you enter the eternal stream, and this, dear ones is where you find your greatest power and joy.

God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Hi Everyone,

One of the most memorable years of my life was the year after I quit engineering. I had saved up enough to live a year and didn't have a plan so my only choice was to relax into life's creative flow. I wrote my first book. I gardened, read, studied my newfound spirituality, and learned various practices to raise my vibe, although I didn't call it that at the time. I made homemade teas, soaps, and aromatherapy formulas. I hiked, took photos, and swam in the creek. I played with friends and let life take me where it would.

At the time, I had only one intention—only one big thing I wanted to create. I wanted to get in touch with my deeper, truer self and figure out what would make me "wake up happy, go to bed grateful, and make a living helping people." I wanted to move past my adopted identify of electrical engineer,  Notre Dame grad, smart girl,... etc. Life did lead me. My creative juices flowed off the charts. And in that stream of creation, I was guided to the career I have now, hobbies that continue to delight me, and a life that I love... most of the time!

Last week, I reached a point where I felt thoroughly stretched thin. I had tuned into too much pain without enough recalibration. I had been holding a very high frequency to assist in keeping dear ones on the planet without enough downtime. I was fried. Unlike earlier years where, in ignorance, I'd push myself without mercy, I listened. My body was talking. So, last weekend, I got back into the creative flow. All my garden plants got their yearly feeding of organic fish fertilizer. I harvested herbs and have trays of dill, oregano, and a huge mountain of thyme... Funny! I have repeatedly asked the universe for more time!!

I found time to design some Easter t-shirts, straightened up the house, meal prepped, had dinner with one friend and brunch with another.  I wrote the newsletter om the patio and listened to the birds serenade me. I'm back on the patio writing this one. I think it will become a new habit!

It did not take long to get my mojo back. Plugged back into the stream of creation, I felt joyful and enlivened again and excited for more.

"Calling love into form," as the angels say, can start with calling love into our own lives. How do you nurture your own spirit?  What habits, affirmations, quotes, or rituals lift you up?  What meals make you feel good? What songs make you want to dance?  What movies lift your spirits? What spiritual practices make you feel connected? Which people inspire you? What books or activities bring you joy?  Finding things to creatively "call more love into our lives" is a good idea. It plugs you back into the stream of nourishing life energy, where problems can self-correct, and guidance is more easily felt.

In a world where we are fed so much to be concerned about, where markets are swinging people are losing jobs, and there is a pervasive sense of insecurity, we can plug back into the vibe that fuels creation and rest in that love.As I like to say, "Aligned with the Divine, Everything is fine!" And in that flow of creation, life, joy, and guidance are ever- present.

Here are a few ways to reconnect to that creative flow.

1.  Create around Your Favorite Complaints

Pick one of your favorite complaints. Something that really wobbles you.  Ask yourself, "What would I prefer to see?" How can I create something positive in that direction?  If you can't stand abuse, you can certainly do the opposite and add to the kindness in the world.

If you can't stand starvation, send a few dollars to a charity that feeds those in need, or give thanks for your food and pray for all to find sustenance.

If you can't stand untruths, create more awareness in the world by kindly sharing the truths that work for you.

If you fear lack, focus on abundance or share a kind word to feel the abundance in your own heart.

Do what you can to create something better than the complaint, thus helping you rise above their burdensome vibe.

2. Look for Change

Look around your house and life. Is there anything you don't care for but can change? Create the change in the smallest of steps. Perhaps you dislike rushing in the morning. You can get your breakfast ready, set out your clothes, and make sure there's gas in the car.  Perhaps a cabinet never quite shuts correctly and you can get it fixed. Maybe you're tired of looking at a bulging closet. Start a donate pile.  Maybe you notice that you say "yes" way too often. Practice kindly saying "no."  Maybe you catch yourself thinking repeatedly thinking the same thought that makes you feel bad. Try on a new thought. There are thousands of tiny ways we can change our daily lives for the better.

3. Find a creative hobby

Whether you like cooking, gardening, making miniature train layouts, crafting, knitting, quilting, writing, singing, reading and daydreaming, etc., find a hobby that feels creative. It will raise you up, open all your chakras, plug you into the flow of creation, and help you recalibrate any time you need.

The creative flow is delicious. It feels much better than the destructive flow, which includes things such as tearing down people and ideas we dislike.  In the destructive flow, nothing changes, and we engage in distracting battles. In the creative flow, we give strength and energy to what we love, and thus we become agents of deep, real, and lasting change.

Have a blessed week,
Love,
Ann

PS - I have dates for this year's classes at long last. Please hold Robin Miller in your prayers. We do not yet know if he can participate since he is recovering from surgery, but we're holding the intention if it is right for all :)

PS - Enjoy the creativity of Koit and his partner in their new symphonic pop single "Hourglass" with beautiful visuals of a soul incarnating up front!

Recipe of the Week
Crunchy Chopped Salad with Creamy Pesto Dressing
Recipe of the Week
Right about now, I crave veggies and herby goodness, and I love pesto anything! This dressing adds serious flavor to salads, roasted veggies, pasta salads, or as a dip with crunchy things. it tastes great on the chopped salad below.

Creamy Pesto Dressing

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (packed)
1 small garlic clove
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2–3 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: a splash of water to thin, if needed

Wash the basil leaves, and dry by putting them in a towel and pressing to remove water. Add basil, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt into a small blender or food processor.

Blend and pour in olive oil while it whirls — creamy swirl incoming! Add salt, pepper, and maybe a drop more lemon juice if you're feeling zesty.

If it is too thick for your tastes, add a splash of water or more olive oil 'til it's pourable.

Chopped Veggie Salad. with Feta and Beans
A protein veggie meal in a bowl!

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped small
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/3 cup carrot, shredded or matchsticked
1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup feta or mozzarella pearls
1/4 cup chickpeas or white beans
Sprinkle of toasted seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)
"
Mix and serve with the pesto dressing above. Yum. Yum. Yum!!!!
