My dear friends, we love you so very much,

We are so proud of each and every one of you. You have been working hard to reap the gifts offered by this extremely challenging year of contrast upon your earth. You have been diligently striving to gently shift your thoughts towards ones that make you feel better. You have been doing your best to stay out of fear. This is the work your soul came to do.

You wanted to create from the arena of contrasts. You wanted to grow into mastery of your mind, so you could master your own energy. You wanted to use your free will to aim the power that creates worlds in directions that please you and thus allow the expansion of the Divine. This year, more than any before in recent history has afforded you an opportunity for amazing growth and therefore, amazing grace.

Some of you are chafing at the bits, ready to get going with life, but not yet motivated to act. Some of you have surrendered to truly enjoying your time under current conditions. Some of you have gone inward to create your future from the inside out. Some of you have been working non-stop to assist in healing, delivering, re-birthing, and more. Many of you are feeling exhausted and in need of great rest.

Wherever you find yourself at this time, remind yourself, it is OK. I am perfect exactly where I am. I am feeling exactly what I need to feel now. My feelings are my guidance. If I am tired, I am being guided to rest. If I am energized and inspired, I'm being guided to act. If I dream of the future but don't want to act, I'm being guided to dream and create in my inner world. Trust. Don't compare yourself with others. You are on a unique and beautiful path which has been defined by your very own desires.

Embracing the here and now is actually the quickest path to your dreams.
Finding loving thoughts in the here and now ensures more love later. Appreciating the abundance you have in any area will increase your abundance in every area. Sleeping when you are tired, moving when you are energized, eating when you are hungry, are all ways in which you can honor your guidance. You want to feel good, so when you have thoughts that don't, continue to gently switch them one by one.

You are tired of a non-stop barrage of negativity and conflict, so give yourself permission to disengage.
You are weary from having to "defend your position" so give yourself permission to simply listen to others rather than having to explain yourselves, unless of course you enjoy it.

Just be yourself in a given moment. Instead of asking, "What should I be doing?" ask instead, "What do I feel like doing?" and trust any feeling that feels good and loving to you. We understand many of you have to work, keep schedules, etc., but you can always ask, "What do I feel like doing?" and then at the first available opportunity honor that. Trust.

You are all doing such amazing work upon your planet. We would love to help you see yourselves through our eyes. You would see your courage, your tenacity, your beautiful love and concern for our Mother earth, your love for all souls, even the ones that drive you crazy. You would see your sweet, sensitive, strong and caring hearts. You would see yourselves as nothing less than the Divine embodied in so many perfect, beautiful, precious forms.

Don't be hard upon yourselves. Trust that where you are at is exactly where you need to be. Trust that if you feel like doing (or not doing) something and the thought feels kind or loving, that is your guidance. Trust that there is nothing wrong with you, no matter how you feel – whether you are joyous or working through grief.

This has been an exquisitely challenging year. You are still going through change as your Mother earth continues to release her pressures and cleanse the energies that have been stagnant for so long. You are, in many cases, facing highly charged political decisions. Nonetheless, if your guidance is to rest, rest. If you guidance is to ignore the world's problems and tend to your own vibration, by all means do so. If your feeling is to act, act.

As you honor your own feelings, rather than contrasting and comparing yourselves with others or superficial standards – as you do what feels like love to you in a given moment – you allow yourself to feel the energy that creates worlds moving in you and through you. In this reality your very existence is a gift to the world.

Hi Everyone,

Other than a "smart mouth" and having a stout "lower lip" I tried to be a good girl growing up. In fact being a good girl became a matter of pride. I didn't sleep around. I was very religious with heaping doses of righteousness. I wore my school uniform skirt 2" below the knees because that was the "right" thing to do. I did my homework, studied for my tests, gave the right answers, and tried to please everyone. I carried it forward into my young adult life where I discovered that being a "good girl" at the expense of being an authentic one, was not so good after all.

I had done everything "right." I went to the "right" school, got the "right" grades, landed the "right" job, got married at the "right" time, bought the "right" house, and had the "right" life. While I did have fun a great deal of the time, several years into this "right" life I realized only one thing was missing – me. I didn't know who the heck I was, other than a "good girl" who did everything "right" according to everyone else's standards. To make a long story short, as I got in touch with the fact that I was a sensitive with an inclination for mysticism, visionary experiences, and world service, my entire "right" life fell apart, and gave way to my real life.

I think that's what we, collectively are going through this year. The sugar coated, superficial "right" way of living has crumbled and in its place we're all getting more "real." We're connecting more authentically and deeply. We value what truly matters vs. what is there to impress We've seen newscasters broadcasting from home with their kids running around. We've seen newspaper headlines that are more "real" than "polished." We've heard the heart's cries of others. We've witnessed smoldering rage. We've watched good people come out of the woodwork to help others.

We're giving ourselves permission to feel more deeply than ever before – to cry, to vent, and even to be happy even when the world isn't. We're wearing "zoom attire" more than formal dress, using less makeup, having more voice conversations, and inviting each other into our homes via the Internet. In short, we're getting more authentic, less worried about perfection, and more concerned with real, deep, true, meaningful connections – with ourselves and others.

We've been emotionally pushed and prodded by mass consciousness until we've had to back off and say, "What do I want?" and that is one of the very best questions to ask, because if you're honest with the answer, then your soul is being given a loving chance to guide you – first to love self, and love life, then from that place of fullness to truly love and contribute to others.

At the beginning of the pandemic I decided to be 100% true to myself. I canceled my birthday trip in March so I could do energy transmissions on behalf of the world. I dropped everything when I had the urge to put out positive videos. I have craved silence and inner time for years but this year was the first year I granted myself that bliss. When I stopped doing in-person sessions I started actually living in my home rather than constantly cleaning it and using it as an office and waiting room. I have wanted to garden and finally made time to spend with my herbs. Last weekend I suddenly craved time outdoors again and took a trip up north to sit quietly in the peace of nature.

It has been a year of being deeply "real" and I feel more "right" than ever before.
As a result I've been able to assist thousands these past few months, from a place of fullness.

Most of us were trained to second guess our natural, positive, simple, happy inclinations. A need to rest turns into "Am I being lazy?" An authentic cry for help is judged as weakness. I've heard many secret confessions from people who enjoyed quarantine but were embarrassed to say so and just as many from people who were gathering with loved ones unmasked, before "pods" and safe "small group" practices became socially acceptable. All year I've heard secret, authentic cravings from people grappling with an inner dialogue in which they were trying to discern what was "right" when all the while they just wanted to be "real."

Happily "real" is the new "right." When you're listening to your heart, you're being guided by your soul. When you honor your body, you honor a temple for the Divine. When you speak words of loving, heartfelt, personal truth, you open the door for others to share an equally authentic, heartfelt response.

Collectively, we have been craving this authenticity. Individually we want nothing more than to be free to be our true selves in one moment after the next. We may have been trained to put on a facade, but happily, this year we're peeling it off, layer by layer, to reveal the shining light of our soul's truth... and that degree of authenticity is beautiful.

Here are a few pointers to be "real" rather than striving to be "right"

1. Pause or play to get in touch with the real you

When you've done everything right and have nothing left, stop. Rest. Give yourself permission to be still, to putter, to sleep. Distract yourself from analysis paralysis with a walk, cooking a good meal, or some other pleasurable activity that removes your focus from life's challenges. Play, whatever that means to you. Enticed by peace or joy, and unimpeded by self-judgments, your natural, instinctual self will start to re-emerge... naturally.

2. Question your assumptions

When you say, "I have to," question it. Do you want to? Do you have to do this right here and now? Will the world fall apart if you do something else? What feels most enticing, appealing, healthy, and happy. Do that as soon as possible.

3. Pay attention to what you naturally feel like doing

Every now and then stop and ask yourself, "Am I happy?" "What would I really like to do?" Listen. When I wanted to go within for 8 months I did. When I suddenly felt like an outing, I took one. When I wanted to leave projects all over the house I did. When we resist our natural feelings we exhaust ourselves fighting ourselves. When we flow with our natural feelings, we are plugged into the energy of the Divine.

Although we've been conditioned to be "right" the truth is "real" is more empowering, energizing, and allows you to be the person the Divine created in absolute perfection. Best of all, it just feels better!

Spicy Chipotle Pumpkin Soup
Recipe of the Week

3 T butter
olive oil
2 large onions, sliced or chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced

2 t coriander
2T cumin
2 chipotle chiles in adobo chopped fine
2 t salt

8 cups cooked pumpkin puree (I make my own, see below)
8 cups water, chicken broth, or veggie broth, or any mix
1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Heat olive oil and 3T butter in a big soup pot. Add onions, coriander, cumin, chipotles, salt and a few grinds of fresh pepper and saute onions till tender – 5-6 minutes. Add garlic and saute at least 1-2 minutes more to soften. Add pumpkin and broth. Bring to a boil stirring constantly then reduce to a simmer and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes. At the last minute stir in the yogurt or sour cream. When done, let cool, and blend it all up in a blender. Reheat, and serve with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt.

If you like it thinner add more broth and water. If you like it spicier add more chipotle at the end, but be careful because they’re strong!!

If you want to make it into spicy pumpkin tortilla soup add shredded chicken, cooked peppers, corn, beans or the like and reheat before serving. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

** To cook a pumpkin, Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut the stem off. Quarter the rest, and remove seeds. You can save them to toast them later if you like. Put flesh side down in a baking dish or foil lined large cookie tray (it WILL leak so make sure you have sides on whatever you use to prevent your oven from becoming a mess. If quarters are too big, chop them up further till they fit. Bake at 450 for 1 hr. Peel off the skin and puree in the blender when cool enough to work with. A medium size pumpkin gives you 8 cups… between the size of a soccer and a basketball!
