Quick and Easy Kale Chips

I LOVE these and can eat a whole batch soon as they come out of the oven! Guilt free and filled with nutrients, it is hard to believe that snacking can be so healthy! You can get really creative with how you spice them up if you want.

Ann’s Healthy “Birdseed” Granola Bars

I need protein when I hike so I made up these wonderful nut and seed bars that taste great, pack easily, and pack a nutritional punch. You can substitute all sorts of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, or "glues" of your choice - aka syrup, nut butters, etc., to change the flavor.
