'm not sure if this is a side dish or dessert, but it sure is good and makes a lot of yummy leftovers! My friends love it every year. Filled with good for you pumpkin, and fluffy due to the eggs, this tastes somewhat like pumpkin pie with a pecan crust. Yum!
