SEDONA SHOPPING
Sedona Shopping
Sedona, AZ
Although I usually come to Sedona to hike, there are times I can’t resist the urge to stop at one of the many shops in the area to treat myself or to buy gifts for the family and friends.
In Sedona you will find unique clothing, one-of-a-kind artwork and jewelry, Native American and southwestern accents, and plenty of angels, crystals, and books for the spiritual seeker. There’s no way I could list all the shops, so you’ll have to settle for a few of my favorites on this page! You’ll have a lot of fun discovering your own!
I’m usually so busy taking pictures in nature I haven’t photographed these wonderful shops! More to come in the future!

Crystal Magic – Crystal Magic is a one stop shop for spiritual treasures. If you want spiritual or metaphysical books, aromatherapy, divination cards, jewelry, greeting cards, crystal singing bowls, or a variety of other spiritually-themed gifts, Crystal Magic has it all. Browse their fine display of crystals, or pick up a few tools for ceremony such as candles, incense, or sage smudge wands. Enjoy unique gifts created by various artists, or treat yourself to some wonderful smelling massage oil. Their selection of stones is huge, and you’ll love the fine jewelry in the front case. If you’re seeking growth, self-discovery, enlightenment, or simply peace, stop by the store and browse. Located on west 89A on the north side of the road just after Tortilla Drive.
Peace Place Gifts & Reiki Center – Peace Place is a gem tucked away behind old uptown Sedona. Located on Jordan Road, a street behind the main shops, it offers a wide array of unique crystals, singing bowls, cards, books, tools for sound healing, essential oils, and much more. You’ll find intuitives, Reiki practitioners, aura readers, and sound healers. I had a crystal bowl healing session once with Reverend Rae that sent me to the moon and back! A true healing center, Peace Place offers calm sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the everyday world.
Ramsey’s Rocks & Minerals – You’ll find both easily affordable crystals as well as high-end stunning original pieces that can be worn for healing or just plain elegance, at Ramseys. They offer custom designs and repairs, can help you select and set stones according to your individual needs, or help you find healing crystals to match your intentions. You’ll find such a broad selection of rocks and minerals including raw stones such as amethyst, kyanite, calcite, quartz, etc., and also fine, one-of-a-kind specimens. Located just before the “Y” on the left side of Hwy 179.
Tlaquepaque – Known as “Sedona’s Arts & Crafts Village,” Tlaquepaque is a replica of an old Spanish town complete with courtyards, beautiful trees and flowers, fountains, wonderful shops, and restaurants. You’ll discover beautiful and intriguing fine art, one-of-a-kind jewelry, candles, music, soothing scents, and all sorts of beautiful accents for the home. Allow plenty of time to browse. . . Tlaquepaque is not just a shopping center, but also a wonderful place for an afternoon stroll. Visit the website for special events including music, cultural demonstrations, and culinary offerings.
Located on highway 179 on the south side of the road right after you cross the creek when you are driving into town. You can’t miss the mission style architecture!
Hillside Shops – Hillside shops offers a vast collection of sculptures and fountains scattered in amongst the galleries, restaurants, boutiques, and jewelry stores. You will find many wonderful, unique, high-quality items here. It is a great area for window shopping, or browsing some of Sedona’s incredible art. While you’re here stop by Javalina Cantina, one of my personal favorite spots, for lunch or dinner. You’ll enjoy the fresh Mexican food and wonderful views.
Located on highway 179 on the right (hilly) side of the road, just before you veer left over the creek. Visit the website here.
Uptown Sedona – This is an entire stretch of 89A that occurs immediately after the “Y” as you head up the creek. Loaded with shops, art galleries, restaurants, jeep tours, and so much more, you could spend an entire day browsing!
Clear Creek Trading Company – Located in Uptown, near the end of the shopping strip, on the left, up the hill, as you head up the creek, this unique store offers Native American goods and art, music, crystals, healing balms, boots, and so much more! It reminds me of a cross between an old western and grandma’s attic. You never know what you’ll find but it is always interesting and fun to browse!
