3.1 Mailing List Opt-in. You may choose to opt-in to our mailing list to receive Ann’s latest news about events, products, programs, and materials she believes may be of interest, as well as our Weekly “Messages from Ann & the Angels” newsletter.
You may unsubscribe or change settings at any time, simply by clicking on the links at the bottom of one of our emails that say “Unsubscribe” or “Change Subscriber Options,” or by contacting us directly.
3.2 Special Offers. From time to time you may be given a choice to accept special offers such as free downloads. To do so you may have to enter name and email or various other information. This information is used to deliver your content, help us personalize your experience on our site, and help us analyze what is of interest to our users. Typically this information is either not stored beyond your time on our site, or is stored in our secure Mailing List server as a tag in your file.
You can ignore special offers, or you can write to us at any time to remove this personalized data.
3.3 Contact Forms. You can email us via any of our Contact Forms. This information is never stored on our servers. If you would rather write to me via regular mail, please use the contact information at the bottom of this page.
3.4 Testimonials. You can use our testimonials form to send us a testimonial about Ann’s products or services. When you submit a testimonial via our Testimonial Form and check the consent box, you grant us permission to use the testimonial and your name on our site, in marketing and promotional materials, videos, or other media, in our newsletter, classes, online programs, products etc.
If at any time you want a testimonial removed from our testimonials page page, please contact us. We will also be happy to remove it from any pages on the site in which is has been used for marketing. We cannot, obviously, go back in time and erase it from past newsletters, past marketing and promotional materials, videos, online programs, or other recorded media upon which it was used.
For this reason, please make sure you are comfortable with, and agree to public usage of your testimonial before submitting one. An extra checkbox is provided on the form so you can give your explicit consent.
If for some reason you submit a testimonial via our Contact Form instead of our Testimonial Form , we will request your permission and get explicit consent before using it in public.
3.5 Comments & Product Reviews – When you leave a comment or product review on the site we automatically collect the data shown in the comments or reviews form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
After approval of your comment or review, your comment, review and/or profile picture is visible to the public on the page you used to create it.
If at any time you want us to delete a comment or product review please contact us and let us know what page the information is on so we can erase it.
3.6 Promotions & Marketing. We may use your Personal Information in connection with other products, services, and promotions we may offer, and our private, internal reporting for this site, and security assessments for this site. We may also send you messages related to certain features or your activity on this site. We may also send you news or updates about changes to our site or services.
