In reply to Ann Albers. Thank you for the redirection of our energies at this time. In meditation I have no fear, just softness, wholeness and love. In the aware moments the sadness of our country drags me down. I’ve read Robert Schwartz’s books and almost use them as a bible to help guide me. Reading uplifting newsletters definitely helps the spirit. Thank you! I know there was a reason I found this site.
