If you have ever loved anyone or anything you will know the feeling 🙂 It feels expansive, relaxing, and good in the body. You do not have to meditate to receive the angels love or God’s love. If you do meditate, you can feel it more strongly sometimes, but the love will flow with or without quieting the mind. As long as you have a strong intention to receive love, you are safe from negative energies. If you are afraid of them, it is fine to visualize protective light. The fear would attract negative energy. The intention to receive love attracts only the good 🙂 I hope this helps. Many Blessings.
