You will receive your e-ticket within two business days. If you registered on a weekend, you’ll receive your ticket by the following Tuesday night.
If you sent in a check and did not provide an email address, we will mail your ticket promptly. We also maintain a roster in case tickets are lost.
The workshop starts promptly at 10am. Please arrive a little early to check in and get your seats. Doors open for seating at 9:30am. The seminar ends around 4:00pm.
There will be a 1 1/4 hr lunch break. There are several restaurants in the area and we’ll have information at the seminar. If you want to bring your own lunch, please leave the food in a cooler in your car. We are only allowed to bring water into the room, however, there are many beautiful outdoor areas for eating at the center.
If you are looking for lodging, there are numerous hotels in the area. Previous students have enjoyed Sky Ranch Lodge which is less than ten minutes from the seminar. If you want upscale cabins by the creek, Briar Patch Inn is like staying in the secret garden. Both places have breakfast/brunch options. There are many choices in the area. Any web search on “Sedona lodging” or “Sedona Bed & Breakfast” will provide numerous options!

DIRECTIONS:
Please plan to arrive around 9:30am. The seminar will begin at 10am, so we’d like to have every seated by then if possible.

- From Phoenix, take I-17 north to Sedona.
- Take the AZ-179, EXIT #298 and turn left onto Highway 179.
- Follow this past Bell Rock, past the Hillside Galleries and shops and then before you cross the creek to the left, instead veer right (or go straight, depending on how you see things) onto Schnebly Hill Road.
- Go up the hill a few minutes and look to the left.
- Turn left at 333 Schnebly Hill Road, the Sedona Creative Life Center.
- Park in the Lot, walk up the hill or ride the elevator, and we are in the big room through the lobby off the main patio.
FOOD/DRINK:
There will be a break for lunch on your own around noon or so. If you want to bring a picnic lunch or snacks, please leave them in a cooler in your car.
No food is allowed in the room. You can, however, bring water. At the seminar we will provide handouts of local lunch spots, all within a few minutes drive.

Since the world is in a state of flux, here are a few things you might want to know in order to help you decide whether or not you want to attend this year:
- Masks and social distancing are currently OPTIONAL at the center. If anything changes, I’ll email to let you know. In order to provide atmosphere of comfort and respect and for personal choices I will have badges available that say “Comfy up Close” or “Please Social Distance.”
- We ask that if you attend, you honor one another’s choices with a respectful and non-judgmental attitude.
- If you don’t feel well, please stay home and a full refund will be provided.
- I’ve adapted interactive exercises to work with or without partner interaction.
- Robin Miller cannot commit to being present in person. In any case, his spirit and music will be.
