 Just below the cliffs in the town of Princeville, Hanalei Bay is a large crescent of white sand ringing the turquoise waters of the Pacific. You can walk, swim, or sun here while enjoying a lazy day.
Behind you, waterfalls drop off the mountain faces and rainbows dance in the morning showers. The earth pulsates with life on the north shore and you can't go wrong no matter where you pull off the road.
In the winter months through the spring, keep your eyes open and you might see a whale or two off in the distance.

Take Hwy. 56 all the way north past the town of Hanalei. After driving through town keep your eyes open and look for one of the many scenic pulloffs to the right.
